ABOUT
The “Nowhere Kid”, Justin Corley, is a country-rock artist hailing from the lakelands of South Carolina who blends heartfelt lyrics with screaming guitars, making for a sound that leaves the listener banging their head and craving more. First discovering his love for music at age 12 with a guitar passed down from his grandfather, he began performing locally and eventually moved to Nashville in 2022. Known for his unique storytelling through conversational themes, Corley draws inspiration from different genres, including grunge, southern-rock, and traditional country music. His song “Say Goodbye”, is a driving anthem, that places the listener right in the middle of a toxic “situationship”, that isn’t good for either side involved. His latest release, “Crazy Works for Now”, is a slowed down ballad that describes a desire to save a failing relationship, that seems crazy, but wants to make that work. Since moving to Nashville, he has opened for other artists on a large scale, including A Thousand Horses, and Riley Green, as well as performing at Greenville Country music festival in Greenville, SC.
